The Process — 6 Steps
Tell Us What You Need

Most people start with something like "I need a Google Sheets dashboard for..." or "Can you build a PHP system that..."
We Discuss Requirements
We discuss your requirements on the same day. We ask what the system should do, who will use it, what data is involved, and any specific features you need. If you have screenshots, spreadsheets, or documents — send them over. The more context, the better the estimate.
We Send a Quote & Timeline
Within 24 hours we send a detailed quote and timeline. Apps Script projects start from $50 and take 3-7 days. PHP web apps are scoped individually and take 1-4 weeks. If the project is not the right fit for us, we will tell you that upfront — no one benefits from a bad match.
Development Begins
Once we agree on scope and payment terms, development begins. You get regular progress updates via WhatsApp — screenshots, questions, and milestones. For larger projects we deliver in stages, so you can review and give feedback while we build. No radio silence.
You Review, We Refine
You review the project, test it with your data, and share feedback. We fix anything that does not match the requirements. This is not a one-shot delivery — we iterate until you are satisfied with how it works.
