Dynamic Form Builder PHP MySQL – AI CRUD Admin Panel

Most PHP projects are the same work repeated: a table, a form, a list, an edit screen, a delete confirmation. This builds those from a definition instead — describe the form, and the admin panel behind it exists.

Unlimited forms, no new code

Create a form, add fields from more than thirteen types — text, number, select, date, file upload, checkbox and the rest — and the system generates the storage, the entry form, the listing and the edit and delete screens for it. A second form takes the same five minutes as the first. Nothing is hard-coded per form, which is why the count is unlimited.

Where the AI helps

Describe what you need and the AI drafts the form and its fields for you — a customer intake form, a complaint register, a site inspection checklist — so you are editing a sensible starting point rather than adding fields one at a time.

Accounts and access

Login and signup with hashed passwords, Google OAuth as an alternative sign-in, and SMTP email with OTP verification for confirming an address. Role-based access decides which forms and which actions each user gets, so one deployment can serve several teams without them seeing each other's data.

The admin side

A dashboard reporting submissions across every form, and the generated admin panel for managing the entries. Use it as a working internal tool on its own, or as the foundation you build a bigger PHP project on — the CRUD, the auth and the permissions are the parts you would otherwise write again.
