How to Build Salon Management System | Full Stack ERP + CRM in PHP MySQL with AI

A salon management system built in PHP 8 and MySQL that runs the whole salon from one dashboard: online booking, point of sale, staff, stock and money, for a single salon or several branches. Three leaks it closes

Double bookings. Customers book from the salon's own website by branch, service, stylist and time. The slot is re-checked inside a database lock when they press confirm, so two bookings can never land on the same stylist at once. Each stylist has their own calendar column.

Commission disputes. At the till every service asks who is doing it. The stylist's commission is written on the invoice line when the bill is saved, and payroll later totals base pay, commission and tips from those records.

Stock shrinkage. Each service lists the products it uses, and back-bar stock is deducted by the millilitre on every bill. Products reserved in the online shop are held until collection.
