A complete ecommerce website for a soft drink shop, built on Google Sheets and Google Apps Script. Customers open your link on their phone, browse the menu by category (milk tea, fruit soda, fresh juice and more), pick a size, sugar and ice level and any paid add-ons, then check out as a guest or with an account. They pay by scanning your QR code or by bank transfer, upload the receipt, and follow the order on a tracking page. Every order is saved straight into your Google Sheet.

How an order flows

The shop gets an email the moment an order is placed. On the Order Board the new order waits in Payment Review: open the customer's screenshot, check your bank, then approve it or reject it with a reason. Approved orders move through Start, Ready and Picked Up, and the customer's tracking page follows each step. Kitchen tickets print on an 80 mm or 58 mm thermal printer, and invoices print on A4.

Does it support delivery?

Pickup is on by default, either as soon as possible or at a chosen time later today. Delivery can be switched on in Settings with a delivery fee, and the customer then enters an address at checkout.

Can I stop orders when the shop is closed?

Yes. Set your weekly opening hours and the storefront only accepts orders inside them. A pause switch stops new orders at once, for example when the shop gets too busy.

Is it only for soft drinks?

No. You add your own categories, products, sizes and add-ons, sugar and ice can be switched off per product, and the currency is set in Settings. It suits any café, juice bar or small takeaway counter.

How do I add many products at once?

Download the CSV template from the Products page, fill it in and import it. Items that already exist are skipped, so a second import never creates duplicates.
