An FAQ section for your website that anyone in the business can update — because updating it means editing a cell in a Google Sheet, not opening the site's code.
Questions go in one column, answers beside them. Change an answer, refresh the page, and the live site shows the new text. Add a row and a new question appears. There is no redeployment, no developer and no staging step — which is the whole reason an FAQ goes stale on most sites: the person who knows the answer is not the person who can edit the page.
An answer is not limited to one paragraph. Additional bullet points sit in the columns after it, and the script reads across and renders them as a list. Worth knowing: it reads until it hits an empty cell, so keep your points in consecutive columns — or extend the range across the sheet if you want gaps tolerated. The walkthrough shows exactly where that range is set.
The web app is served with frame embedding allowed, so an iframe drops it into WordPress, Blogger, Wix or any page you can edit — at whatever width and height suits the space. You can put more than one FAQ block on a single page, each pointing at a different sheet, which is useful when a product page and a pricing page need different questions.
You do not need a new spreadsheet. Add an FAQ sheet to an existing file, give it its own Apps Script project, and point the Sheet ID at it — so the FAQ lives alongside the data your app already uses.
