Free Event Management System – Google Sheets Apps Script

An event management dashboard built on React with Google Sheets as the database. Events and their documents are managed in one place, with roles deciding who can do what, charts showing where things stand, and an activity log recording who changed what.

What it does

Events are created and managed as records, with the documents that belong to each one uploaded to Google Drive and linked back — so the paperwork for an event is attached to the event rather than sitting in somebody's email. Admins and ordinary users get different access. The analytics dashboard turns the records into charts instead of leaving you to read rows, and activity logs keep an audit trail, which is what you want the moment two people are managing the same event.
