A VIP membership portal for delivering files to paying members, built around the two controls that decide whether a membership business works: how much each member can take, and what each member is allowed to see.

Limits per member, not per plan

Every member carries their own daily download allowance in the sheet. The dashboard shows allowed, used and remaining, and once the allowance is gone the download links themselves stop resolving rather than failing at the last step. Raise a member's number and it takes effect on their next page load.

Access decided sheet by sheet

Your files live in sheets, and a member's row lists the sheets they may open. The mode dropdown in their dashboard contains only those sheets — remove one from the list and it is gone for them entirely, add another and it appears. That is how a basic tier and a premium tier are run from one portal without duplicating anything.

Three account states

Allowed, blocked and expired. An expired subscription is refused at login with a message saying so; a blocked member is told they are blocked. Neither is a silent failure, which saves the support message asking why the password stopped working.

Finding the file

The library carries a category and a subcategory per file with filters for each, plus a free search over titles, so a member hunting for attendance or invoicing files narrows to them in one click. A download button appears only on files that actually have a download link. Two logs run behind it: logins with IP address and date, and downloads recording which member took which file.
