I Built a Salon Management System with ERP + CRM Dashboard & Web App - Google Sheets + Apps Script

A complete salon and spa management system that runs on Google Sheets and Google Apps Script. Customers book from a public landing page that checks live slot availability by branch, service and stylist, while your team runs the whole day from an ERP + CRM dashboard — appointments, billing, stock, staff and money in one place. Because the app lives inside your own Google account, there is no separate hosting or database bill to pay.

What it does

An online booking lands straight in the appointment queue and emails the customer. At checkout, the point of sale bills services, products, packages and memberships on one invoice, deducts stock, posts the customer ledger and records staff tips and commission. Purchases, expenses, payroll and the daily cash till all feed the finance reports — profit and loss, cash flow, receivables, payables, tax and day close — so the owner can see where the money went without rebuilding a spreadsheet. Writes are concurrency-safe, so a receptionist, a stylist and the accountant can work at the same time.
