Sales pipeline that starts at the enquiry

Build a quotation line by line — material, colour, weight, print hours, unit cost, discount, lead time — and save it as a draft. Every revision is kept, so you can open any quote and see which version was sent, accepted, rejected or revised. Log every call, WhatsApp and email against the customer, and open a customer card that shows their quotations, orders and full contact history.

Production the shop floor can follow

Print jobs move across a board: submitted, approved, started, paused, finished, quality check, passed or rejected. Each job carries its printer, filament, planned start, estimated hours and grams, layer height and infill. Printers are registered with purchase cost, expected life and power draw, so the order costing screen prices a job on real machine time instead of guesswork, and your pricing rules keep every quote above margin.

Inventory down to the filament roll

Track filament by batch — type, colour, price per roll, roll weight — and log usage as jobs consume it. Finished products carry a bill of materials, stock in, stock out, damage and rebuild. The stock ledger writes itself, and stock takes close the count against the sheet.

Money and reports

Raise tax invoices, proformas, delivery challans and credit notes, record money in and money out, and see exactly who owes you what. Expenses, purchases, suppliers and investments sit in the same file, feeding a report pack: profit and loss, sales summary, filament consumption, waste and failures, underpriced jobs, customer and shipment performance.

Roles you control

Five roles ship ready — super admin, admin, manager, staff and viewer — and the permission matrix is editable live. Tick a box to let admins delete orders, untick it for managers, or add a role of your own and copy permissions from an existing one. A role still in use by a user cannot be deleted by accident.
