A marketplace needs gatekeeping

Anyone can sign up as a dealer, but nobody appears on the marketplace until an admin approves them. That single step is what separates a marketplace from an open listings board — it keeps the inventory attributable and lets you remove a dealer without deleting their history. Admins see every dealer and every vehicle; dealers see and manage only their own stock.

Inventory that stays honest

Each vehicle carries its full detail set, its location and its images, uploaded straight to Google Drive rather than pasted in as links. Stock tracking is real-time — when a car sells, it comes off the available list immediately, so two buyers cannot be chasing the same vehicle. Search and filters run across the whole catalogue so a buyer can narrow by what they actually care about.

Selling, not just listing

A sale generates a professional invoice from the system rather than being typed up separately afterwards. Multi-currency support means a dealer selling across a border can price in the currency the buyer thinks in, which matters in any market where vehicles move between countries.
