Every entry, with its proof and its history

Cash in and cash out entries carry amount, date, party, category, payment mode, remark, cheque or invoice reference and a receipt image. Edit one and the system marks it edited and keeps the full before-and-after in an edit history. Each entry prints its own PDF voucher, and a running balance column walks from your opening balance down the book. The dashboard has a Quick Entry panel for the entries you make in a hurry.

Parties, ledgers and statements

Keep clients, suppliers and employees in one master with contact number, email, tax number, address and opening balance. Every party row shows what you received, what you paid and whether you will get or you will give. Open a party's full ledger, filter it by date range, and download a PDF statement to send straight to the customer. The aging screen buckets open dues into Not Due, 1-30, 31-60, 61-90 and 90+ with a WhatsApp chase button on every row.

Recurring entries, reminders and the day close

Set one rule for shop rent, salaries or any repeating payment — amount, party, category, mode, frequency, day of the month, start and end date, maximum runs — and the cron job posts it, or Post Now runs it by hand. Dated entries land in a reminders queue you can settle or snooze, and the Day Book closes the day with a note-by-note denomination count.

Reports, budgets and control

Reports run on Today, This Month, Last Month, This Year or All Time with charts, per-category, per-mode and per-party breakdowns, print and PDF. Set a monthly budget per category and watch spent against remaining. Deleted transactions, parties, categories and modes go to a recycle bin and restore in one click. Import in bulk from CSV, and add your own fields to any form from the Custom Fields screen without touching code. Owner and member roles carry per-action create, read, update, delete and view-all toggles, and Google login, SMTP email, Telegram alerts and a daily closing summary are all set up from the settings screens.
