Free Client Project Tracker CRUD App – Google Apps Script

A working dashboard for anyone who sells projects to clients: what was ordered, what was paid, what is still owed, and where the delivered file lives. It runs on Google Sheets through Google Apps Script, and the table refreshes from the sheet every few seconds, so a change made in the spreadsheet shows up in the app without a reload.

Projects

Each project row carries a client ID — a phone number works well as a unique key — country, project name, amount paid, amount remaining and a status like Half Paid, Paid or Completed. Add, edit and delete all happen in the app. Search a client ID and you get every project that client has ever placed, ready to copy, download as Excel or PDF, or print for them.

Dropdowns you extend without leaving the app

A new client from a country not yet in your list is normally a trip back into the spreadsheet. Here, Add Country writes the value into the dropdown sheet from the dashboard itself, and it is available on the next form open.

Codes library

The second half of the app is a searchable index of your delivered files: a title against a link. When a customer asks for a file, search its code, copy the link and send it. It was built to solve exactly that problem for a working developer, which is why the fields are the ones you actually end up needing.
