Free Student Marksheet Portal by Seat Number – Google Sheets

An official marksheet portal for boards, academies and institutions that examine by seat number. A student types their six-digit seat number, and the full marksheet renders on screen ready to print.

Built for two-paper subjects

This is not a generic result card. Each subject carries paper one and paper two separately, each with its own maximum marks, passing marks and obtained marks — the structure boards and technical institutes actually use. Pass or fail is decided per paper and then overall against the total needed, and the percentage is worked out for you, so a student who clears the aggregate but fails a paper is shown exactly that.

What the sheet shows

Your institution's name across the top, then the student's name, seat number, standard, exam date, primary school and examination centre, followed by the subject table. The institution name is one line in the code, so the marksheet carries your own heading rather than a placeholder.

Running it

Students need no login — the seat number is the key, which is what makes it workable for a whole cohort checking results at once on their phones. New Search clears the screen for the next student, and the browser print gives a marksheet on paper. Setup is the usual pair: your sheet ID and the sheet name pasted into the script, then deploy as a web app with access set to anyone.
