A fee collection portal for schools, academies and small institutions: the clerk takes the money, the slip prints, and the payment joins that student's history. Everything sits in Google Sheets, so the principal reads the term's collection in a spreadsheet they already understand.

Collecting a fee

Type a student ID and the slip fills itself — name, father's name, session, grade and today's date. A student who is not in the database yet is not a blocker: every field can be typed in by hand and the receipt still saves, which matters on an admission day when records are still catching up. Enter the amount, the transaction ID from the bank, the fee type — tuition, exam, library or other — and the payment mode — cash, card, online or cheque.

The slip

Download it as a PDF to hand over or send to a parent on WhatsApp, and save the receipt so the payment is recorded. The amount is printed in words as well as figures, the way a fee receipt should be.

Payment history that answers the question

Old Records shows every payment that student has made, with the dates and amounts, so "we already paid last month" is settled in seconds. The Get button pulls a past slip back into the form, so issuing next month's receipt for the same student is a date change and a save rather than re-entering everything.
