Hotel Management System with GST Invoices – Google Sheets

A property management system for small hotels, built on Google Sheets with a React dashboard on top. Rooms, bookings, guests, quotations, invoices and the money side all live in one app, so a guest house is not running a booking diary in one place, an invoice book in another and a cash ledger in a third.

What it does

Rooms are managed as records and also shown as a kanban board, so the front desk can see at a glance what is occupied, free or being cleaned. A booking is taken against a room, confirmed by an automatic email to the guest, and moved through check-in and check-out; a calendar view shows the month. On the money side, a quotation can be issued and then converted into an invoice rather than retyped, with GST and a green tax calculated per night and per pax. Invoices and quotes generate as PDFs that can be saved to Google Drive and emailed to the guest. The finance module records income and expenses against categories and keeps a running balance.
