A school management system covering effectively every module a school actually runs — admissions, students, classes, parents, attendance, timetable, exams, fee collection, assets, inventory, discipline, help desk — built on Google Sheets and Apps Script, with six roles and no hosting bill.

What it does

A registration comes in through Admissions, gets reviewed, and on enrolment the system creates the student record, issues login credentials and raises the monthly fee dues in one action. From there the student carries everything with them: a fees view showing paid, outstanding, late fees, discounts and receipts; an attendance report with custom date filters; exam results per term with A4 printing; and the parents linked to them. Parents get the mirror image — one screen showing fee records across all of their children, so a father paying for three students settles them in a single transaction.

Exams that behave properly

Exams start as drafts. Teachers enter marks per subject with grades calculated automatically, then save, submit and moderate. Only an admin can publish — and publishing locks edits and makes results visible to students, parents and teachers at the same moment. Toppers and grade distribution come out of the same data, mark sheets print to A4 per class, and hall tickets generate in bulk and appear in the student and parent dashboards ready to download.
