The client 360 and the case file

Open a client and you get everything at once — their cases, what they have paid, their next hearing, their documents. Each case file holds the parties, running notes, and uploads that are not limited to PDFs: images and video attach to the matter as well, which is how evidence actually arrives. You can call or email the client straight from the case screen.

Hearings, appointments and money

The court calendar and hearing scheduler keep the diary in one place. Appointments are booked with their fee tracked against them. Payments are recorded and produce a printable receipt, and case expenses go through an approve-and-reimburse workflow instead of ending up as an argument at month end. Every matter can be printed as a case report.

Who sees what

Three roles — super admin, senior advocate and junior advocate — decide the reach of each login. Advocates see the cases assigned to them while the admin view covers the whole firm, which is the difference between a chamber system and a shared spreadsheet. Internal chat with notifications keeps case discussion attached to the firm rather than scattered across personal phones.

Guardrails and admin

Duplicate case numbers are caught on entry and a case with linked records cannot be deleted out from under them. Master data holds your own case types and statuses. The AI assistant runs on Google Gemini or OpenAI with your key. Backup and restore the database from inside the app, customise the theme, logo and dark mode, and reset the demo data from the setup file when you are ready to go live.
