Mobile Shop Billing Software with IMEI – Google Sheets

Billing a handset

Pick the set name and the variant list narrows to that model's storage options; choose one and the rate fills itself in. Add the model number, both IMEI numbers, the battery and the charger, and the totals build with CGST and SGST applied to reach the grand total. The invoice number increments on its own, the date is today's, and the header carries the live date and time. Customer name, address and contact go on the bill.

Getting the bill to the customer

Print it, or send it straight to the customer on WhatsApp — which is how most phone shops actually deliver a bill. Clear Form resets everything for the next walk-in.

Stock that stays honest
