How to make Online School Result System/portal Fully Automatic Using Google Sheet or Appscript

FREE007 is the result portal a school hands out as a link. A student opens it, types their admission number, picks their class and presses Get Result. What comes back is a full marksheet — subjects, maximum marks, marks obtained, totals, percentage and a pass or fail status — with the school's own logo and name on it, ready to print.

Your subjects, your marking scheme

Nothing about the marking is hard-coded. Subject names are read from the header row, so renaming a column to Science, Computer or Urdu renames it on every marksheet. The maximum marks are whatever you type per subject: a paper out of 100, another out of 60, another out of 50. The totals and the percentage are worked out from those numbers, not typed by anyone, and the pass mark sits at forty percent — change a subject's maximum and a borderline student's status flips accordingly.

One tab per class

Each class is a sheet tab, and you add as many as the school needs. The class dropdown on the portal is built from those tabs, so grade 9, grade 10-A and grade 10-B each keep their own marks, their own subjects and their own totals without interfering with one another.

Branding and printing

The school logo is a URL you paste in, the school name animates across the top, and the address sits under it. Print gives a clean minimal marksheet a student can sign and take home. The CSS is all there if you want it to look like the rest of your material.

Two things to know before setup

Grade and remarks are columns you fill in yourself — the portal does not derive a letter grade, because every school bands them differently. And the subject range covers a set block of columns, so going far past it means editing the code rather than just adding another column.
