Agency work is not ordinary HR: a candidate belongs to an agent, is placed against a job circular for a specific country, and carries a document file that has to be complete before anyone travels. This system is organised around that chain rather than around a generic employee table.

What it does

Job circulars are raised per country and candidates are attached to them through the agents who sourced them, so you always know whose candidate is at which stage. Each candidate carries a document set, leads are tracked separately from confirmed candidates, and the accounting module keeps the money side against the same records. Roles and permissions decide what each user sees, while activity logs and session management show who did what.
