A result system with two sides: students check their own marks, and an admin enters and corrects them from inside the app rather than in the raw sheet.

Results that know which exam they are

A student picks their class, enters their roll number, and chooses the term — mid term or final term. That last step is what makes it a real system: one student has more than one set of marks in a year, and the same roll number returns different results depending on which exam you ask for. The result prints.

The arithmetic is not yours

Totals and percentages are calculated from the subject marks, and the pass or fail verdict comes from a percentage threshold. Enter marks, and grading happens. There is no total column to maintain and no formula to repair when a student is added mid-term.

Adding a subject or a class

Two operations every school needs and most systems make painful. A new subject is added by putting the column into both the results sheet and its form sheet with exactly the same spelling — it then appears in the result automatically. A new class is a duplicated sheet, renamed and added to the class dropdown. Grade 10A with five subjects and Grade 10B with four coexist without a problem.

What the admin runs

Records are created, edited and deleted through the app across multiple sheets, with a form selector choosing which record type you are working on. Accounts are managed the same way — create a student or an admin, set the type, and allow or block their access, with search over the list. Each student row also carries a fee defaulter flag.
