Very practical and to the point app. One suggestion if the WhatsApp number added to users and when the booking done a ticket details sent to that number for easy access. And another app or idea for the bus or event organiser to scan or check gor the ticket , and make a audit lost like how many come like records. And a refund system so that any issue in future like event cancelled or bus not fit for travel...than all the refunds and in special cases if user doesn't make it ..than refund like that
