The counter calculator. A customer asks what twelve of these and five of those will come to — you pick the items, type the quantities, and the total is on screen with the tax and the discount already in it. No notepad, no phone calculator, no arithmetic in front of the customer.

Built for speed, not paperwork

Products come from a dropdown fed by your sheet, so nothing is typed. Enter the quantity and the price, press Add Item for the next one, and the running total moves as you go. It is deliberately lighter than an invoicing system: there is no customer record to create and no sale to save before you can quote a number.

Tax and discount the way shops actually do it

Tax goes on as a percentage — enter 18 and the total carries eighteen per cent. But the discount is a cash amount, not a percentage, because that is how it is negotiated at a counter: "I'll take fifty off." Handling the two differently is a small thing that makes the tool match the conversation instead of fighting it.

Print it if the customer wants it

A printable slip carries your shop name, address and telephone number, the items, the totals and a cash-received line — enough for a customer to take away, without pretending to be a tax invoice. The styling uses Materialize, so it looks presentable without design work.
