Full Source Code: Google Sheets CRM with Kanban Board, Deals, Contacts & RBAC Admin

A full CRM running on Google Sheets — leads, deals, accounts, contacts, quotations, support tickets and campaigns — with a Kanban pipeline you drag deals across and a permission matrix you edit yourself. Install it by copying the sheet and deploying the script; there is no server and no subscription.

Permissions without touching code

The part that usually needs a developer is the part you control here. Open Roles and you get a grid: every role down one side, every module across the other, with view, add, edit and delete checkboxes. Give a sales representative view access to automations and it appears in their login; take edit rights off a manager and it disappears from theirs. Changes save to the sheet quietly in the background — no redeploy, no code edit.

The sales flow

A lead arrives and sits in the table or on the Kanban board. Convert it and the system creates the account, contact and deal together, carrying the details across. The deal opens into a panel with its line items, activities, notes and a full history — created, assigned, moved to stage, expected close date — and you drag it between stages as it progresses, or mark it won. Quotations generate straight from a deal, print or download as PDF, and carry a sent / accepted / rejected status.
