What it does

Properties carry everything a buyer asks about — type, listing type, price, area size and unit, bedrooms, bathrooms, society and phase, street address and map coordinates — plus an image gallery and the owner, pulled from an owner register. Each listing has a 360 view showing who is interested, which viewings are booked, what deals it has attracted and its documents, and it will generate a printable brochure PDF you can send straight to a client.

Leads that route themselves

A lead's 360 view shows follow-ups, viewings, offers and — the useful one — matching properties, flagged as available or reserved, so an agent can answer "what else have you got" immediately. Website leads can be auto-assigned round-robin to whichever agent is actually free rather than always the same person. Follow-ups are typed by channel — call, WhatsApp, email, meeting, note — with due dates, and viewings close with a feedback step rating the client hot, warm or cold.
