The straightforward invoice builder: open it, fill it, print it or save it. No login, no customer master, no stock — just a clean invoice backed by Google Sheets, which is exactly what a freelancer or a one-person business usually needs.

Building the invoice

The invoice number picks up from the last one saved, so numbering stays sequential without anyone tracking it, and the date fills itself with today. You enter your own details in the From block and the client's in Bill To, then add as many line items as the job needs — item, quantity, unit price — with the subtotal recalculating as you go. A tax field sits on top and the total updates live.

Three things to do with it

Print it on the spot with a layout designed to look like an invoice rather than a web page, download it as a PDF to email, or save it into your Google Sheet so the record is kept and the next invoice number moves on.

Setup

Paste your sheet ID into the script where it appears and make sure the sheet name in the code matches your tab. Get that pair right and invoices save; get it wrong and the app still builds and prints invoices, it just does not store them — which is a useful way to test it before committing.
