A login page that does two things a plain one does not: it can turn a user off, and it can send each user somewhere different without telling them where.
Beside every account is an access column. Set it to allow and they sign in; set it to no and they cannot, even with the correct password. That is the control you actually need once real people are using a system — someone leaves, a subscription lapses, an account is being misused — and deleting the row would destroy the record. A switch keeps the history and closes the door.
Each account carries the URL it lands on after signing in, and that URL is not exposed in the page. A user cannot copy the address and go straight there tomorrow, bypassing the login entirely — which is the flaw in most simple Apps Script login pages, where the destination is visible the moment you look.
There is no signup, no password reset and no OTP here. It is a gate: accounts are created by you in the sheet, and the page's job is to check them, apply the access switch, and redirect. That makes it quick to drop in front of something you already have — a dashboard, a resource page, a client area.
The design is clean out of the box, and the wording, icons and styling are plain HTML you can change. Setup is the Sheet ID and sheet name in the script, then deploy.
