An order tracking page that answers the question every customer asks, without anyone having to answer it. They enter their order reference and see where it has reached, drawn as a progress bar rather than written as a status word buried in a table.

What it does

Orders live in a Google Sheet, which is where you were keeping them anyway. The web app searches that sheet and returns the matching order with its current stage shown on a progress bar. Moving an order forward is a change in the sheet — the tracker follows, so there is no second system to update and no chance of the two disagreeing. Because the page only reads and only returns one order at a time, you can share the link publicly without exposing the order book.
