A courier logs in and gets one thing: the parcels assigned to them, ready to print as slips. Not the whole delivery sheet, not somebody else's round — theirs.
The username matched at login is compared against the assignment column in the sheet, and only the rows belonging to that person are returned — tracking IDs with the customer name beside each. Reassign a parcel in the sheet and it moves between rounds immediately. A rider with four parcels sees four; take one away and they see three. Nobody scrolls past other people's deliveries looking for their own.
Tick the parcels you are taking — one, a few, or the whole round — press Search, and the slips are generated together. One print action produces the lot, sized to be cut and stuck on the parcels. That is the actual job at the depot each morning, and it is two clicks here.
Handing every driver the whole sheet means they can read, and edit, everyone's data. This gives each person a login and a filtered view, with the sheet staying in your hands. Adding a driver is adding a row.
The slip layout, the wording and the styling are plain HTML and CSS in the file, so your business name and the fields your couriers actually need are a quick edit.
