Move your software to
government e-invoicing

Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, India and Europe now want invoices sent to the tax authority as structured data — not PDFs. We connect the invoicing software or ERP you already use to ZATCA, the UAE Peppol network, India's IRP and the EU systems, so VAT and GST clear on time.

How we shift your software

From PDF invoices to cleared e-invoices in four steps

Rameez Scripts helps you shift the software you already run to e-invoicing — the same screens for your team, a compliant pipeline underneath.

1

Audit your invoice data

We read how your software stores invoices today and list exactly what the tax authority will reject — missing buyer VAT / TRN / GSTIN, tax category codes, HSN or SAC codes, units, rounding.

2

Map to the required format

Your invoice becomes the country's structured file — UBL 2.1 for ZATCA, PINT AE for the UAE, INV-01 JSON for India, XRechnung or Factur-X for Europe — generated from the data you already have.

3

Connect to the portal or provider

Direct API to ZATCA or the IRP, or your chosen Accredited Service Provider, GSP or Peppol access point. Signing, hashing, QR codes, retries and a queue for when the portal is down.

4

Store, print and monitor

IRN, clearance status, cleared XML and QR are saved against each invoice, printed on the PDF, and failed submissions land in an error list your accounts team can fix and resend.

What you get

What the integration includes

Inside your software

  • Tax fields on customers and items — VAT / TRN / GSTIN, tax categories, HSN / SAC, units
  • Structured invoice, credit note and debit note files generated on save
  • Signing, invoice hash chain and the QR code the country requires
  • Clearance or reporting call with automatic retry and an offline queue
  • Status on every invoice — cleared, reported, rejected — with the authority's reason
  • IRN / UUID and QR printed on the PDF invoice and stored for audit

Systems we connect

  • PHP / MySQL invoicing, POS, ERP and billing systems
  • Google Sheets invoicing on Apps Script — the data stays in your Sheet
  • Any software we can reach through its database or API
  • Multi-branch and multi-company setups — one device or unit per branch
  • New builds: a fresh invoicing system with e-invoicing from day one — see Industry Solutions
  • Payment links and reminders alongside — see Services
What we are — and what we are not. Rameez Scripts is a software developer. We are not a tax adviser, an Accredited Service Provider, a GSP or a Peppol access point, and we never claim certification on your behalf. Where a country requires a licensed provider, we connect your software to the one you choose; where it allows a direct API, we build that connection.
Questions

E-invoicing questions, answered

What is e-invoicing with the government?

Instead of only printing or emailing a PDF, your software sends every invoice as a structured file to the tax authority (or a licensed provider) in real time or near real time. Depending on the country the invoice is cleared before it is valid (Saudi B2B, India, Poland, Italy) or reported after it is issued. The authority gets the VAT / GST data straight from your system.

Can you connect my existing invoicing software instead of replacing it?

Yes — that is the main job. If your system is PHP / MySQL, Google Sheets with Apps Script, or any software we can reach through its database or API, we add the e-invoicing layer on top: format mapping, signing, the API connection and the status screens. Your users keep the screens they already know.

Is Rameez Scripts an accredited e-invoicing provider?

No, and we will never claim to be. We are a software developer. Where a country requires a licensed middle layer — an Accredited Service Provider in the UAE, a GSP in India, a Peppol access point in Europe, an approved platform in France — we integrate your software with the provider you choose. Where the authority allows a direct connection, such as the ZATCA FATOORA API, we build that connection for you.

What does ZATCA Phase 2 integration need from my software?

An onboarded device (CSID) per invoicing unit, invoices generated as UBL 2.1 XML, a hash chain linking each invoice to the previous one, a cryptographic stamp, the Phase 2 QR code, and the clearance or reporting call to ZATCA. Standard tax invoices (B2B) are cleared before you share them; simplified invoices (B2C) are reported within 24 hours.

When does UAE e-invoicing start?

As announced by the UAE Ministry of Finance at the time of writing: voluntary from 1 July 2026, mandatory from 1 January 2027 for businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more, from 1 July 2027 for smaller businesses, and from 1 October 2027 for government entities. Every business sends through an Accredited Service Provider over the Peppol network in the PINT AE format.

Who must generate an IRN in India?

Businesses whose aggregate annual turnover crossed ₹5 crore in any year since 2017-18 must report B2B and export invoices to the Invoice Registration Portal and print the signed QR code. Businesses at ₹10 crore and above must report each document within 30 days of its date. B2C invoices stay outside IRN generation.

How long does an integration take and what does it cost?

It depends on the country, how clean your invoice data is and how many branches send invoices. After the data audit you get a fixed price and a fixed timeline, within 24 hours of receiving your details, with 6 months of support after go-live.

Do you give tax advice?

No. Your accountant or tax adviser confirms which phase and deadline apply to your business. We make your software produce, send and store the invoices that rule requires.

Deadline coming up?

Send the country, your software (PHP, Google Sheets or other) and roughly how many invoices a month. A fixed quote comes back within 24 hours.
