5. Custom Development
- Custom projects are discussed and agreed upon before development begins
- Project scope, timeline, and pricing are agreed through WhatsApp or email communication
- All custom projects include 6 months of free support after delivery
- Source code ownership transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed
6. Payments
- All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
- We do not store your credit card or banking information
- VIP plan subscriptions are billed as per the selected plan duration
7. Refund Policy
- Digital products: Refunds are available if the product is not as described or does not function as advertised
- Custom projects: If work has not started, a full refund will be provided. Once work has begun, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of development
- Refund amounts may be subject to deduction of payment transfer fees charged by the payment processor
- Refund requests must be made within 24 to 48 hours of purchase
- VIP plan refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded any single file
