By accessing and using the Rameez Scripts website (rameezscripts.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Rameez Scripts provides:

• Digital products including Google Sheets templates, Apps Script files, and PHP source code
• Custom development services (Google Sheets automation, PHP web applications, AI-based systems)
• VIP membership plans with access to digital products
• Free and paid downloadable scripts

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must not share your account with others
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Digital Products & Licensing

• You may modify purchased files and deploy them across unlimited personal, business or client projects
• Resale is permitted — the source code itself, or anything you build with it, on any marketplace
• Credit to Rameez Scripts is required wherever the work goes: a visible credit in the deployed app (“Powered by Rameez Scripts”, linked to rameezscripts.com), credit and that link on any resale listing, the branding comment left intact at the top of each source file, and your client told that the base is a Rameez Scripts build
• Video content about the product is not permitted on any platform — no tutorial, demo, walkthrough or review on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or elsewhere. That right is retained by Rameez Scripts
• You may not claim any purchased script as your own original creation
• You may not sell below the price listed on rameezscripts.com, or re-list the same file on rameezscripts.com or any Rameez Scripts channel

5. Custom Development

• Custom projects are discussed and agreed upon before development begins
• Project scope, timeline, and pricing are agreed through WhatsApp or email communication
• All custom projects include 6 months of free support after delivery
• Source code ownership transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed

6. Payments

• All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
• We do not store your credit card or banking information
• VIP plan subscriptions are billed as per the selected plan duration

7. Refund Policy

• Digital products: Refunds are available if the product is not as described or does not function as advertised
• Custom projects: If work has not started, a full refund will be provided. Once work has begun, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of development
• Refund amounts may be subject to deduction of payment transfer fees charged by the payment processor
• Refund requests must be made within 24 to 48 hours of purchase
• VIP plan refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded any files
• Contact us via WhatsApp for refund requests

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including code, design, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Rameez Scripts and is protected by copyright laws. Purchased files carry the resale rights set out in section 4 above; everything else — the site itself, our branding, and our video and tutorial content — is not licensed for reuse, and unauthorized reproduction or distribution of it is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rameez Scripts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.

10. Disclaimer

Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
