Question 1

Does the template include a video tutorial?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every Apps Script and PHP template ships with a step-by-step YouTube video tutorial showing exactly how to deploy and customize it.

Question 2

Do template purchases include updates?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When a template you bought is updated, the new version appears in your portal under My Files at no extra cost.

Question 3

Is the membership a recurring subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. Every plan is one payment for its period — 7 days for the Apps Script Pass and PHP Pass, 30 days for Pro and Business — with no auto-renewal. Plans and prices are listed live at https://rameezscripts.com/user_plans.php.

Question 4

Is it cheaper to buy a ready-made script or build a custom system?

Accepted Answer

A ready-made script is far cheaper and faster — you deploy a tested system in minutes from $15 instead of waiting weeks for a custom build. Rameez Scripts sells ready-made Apps Script and PHP source code (POS, CRM, billing, inventory, school and loan management) and also builds custom systems when your needs are unique. Many clients start with a ready-made script, then pay for customization on top.

Question 5

Do I get the full source code, and can I resell or modify it?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every purchase includes complete, editable source code with setup docs, so you fully own and can customize it. Files you download during a membership stay yours for lifetime, even after the plan ends, with resale and modification rights on eligible plans. Rameez Scripts never ships encrypted or locked code. See plans at https://rameezscripts.com/user_plans.php.

Question 6

What technology stack does Rameez Scripts use?

Accepted Answer

Backend: Google Apps Script (V8), PHP 8+ with PDO, MySQL. Frontend: React 18 (CDN + Babel standalone), Chart.js 4.4.0, DataTables v1.13.7, jQuery 3.7.1, Font Awesome 6.5.1, SweetAlert2. AI: Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI APIs.

Question 7

Does Rameez Scripts use templates or write custom code?

Accepted Answer

Custom code. Mohammad Rameez Imdad personally writes every line — no offshore team, no rebranded templates. Templates exist as standalone products at https://rameezscripts.com/appscript_projects.php, but custom projects are written from scratch to spec.

Question 8

Is the source code provided after delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes — full source code is delivered for every project. PHP/MySQL projects ship with the database schema. Apps Script projects ship with the Sheet template plus the full Code.gs.

Question 9

Is Google Apps Script free, and how do I turn a Google Sheet into a web app?

Accepted Answer

Google Apps Script is free to use with a standard Google account — there are no licensing fees, only Google's daily quotas. To turn a Google Sheet into a web app, you write Apps Script with doGet/doPost handlers and deploy it as a web app, using the Sheet as the database for login, CRUD, and dashboards. Rameez Scripts has shipped 400+ such projects since 2022; free source code and tutorials are at https://rameezscripts.com, and custom builds start at $50 with 6 months of free support.

Question 10

What is Google Apps Script and what can it do?

Accepted Answer

Google Apps Script is a JavaScript-based scripting platform from Google that runs on Google Workspace. It can automate Google Sheets, build full web applications served from Sheets, send emails, generate PDFs, run on triggers, and integrate with external APIs. Rameez Scripts specializes in turning Google Sheets into production-grade web apps using Apps Script.

Question 11

Can Google Sheets be used as a database for a web application?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Using Google Apps Script as the backend, Google Sheets can serve as the database for a full web application — login, RBAC, CRUD operations, dashboards, charts. Rameez Scripts has shipped 400+ such projects. For higher-scale needs, Rameez Scripts also builds PHP/MySQL applications.

Question 12

How to send HTML form data to Google Sheets?

Accepted Answer

Build an HTML form, deploy a Google Apps Script web app with a doPost handler, and submit the form via fetch() or google.script.run. The Apps Script reads the form payload and appends it to the Sheet. Rameez Scripts has the most-watched tutorial on this topic — 96,000+ views on YouTube — and ships ready-made templates.

Question 13

How to build a CRUD web app with Google Sheets and Apps Script?

Accepted Answer

Rameez Scripts builds dynamic CRUD web apps on Google Sheets + Apps Script with React 18 frontends, role-based access, import/export, search, and pagination. Source code, video tutorial, and template are available at https://rameezscripts.com/appscript_projects.php.

Question 14

How to create a dashboard in Google Sheets?

Accepted Answer

Combine Google Apps Script (backend) with HTML/Chart.js (frontend) and serve the result as a Google Sheets web app. Or use Apps Script + React 18 for a more polished dashboard. Rameez Scripts publishes free Google Sheets dashboard templates and tutorials at https://rameezscripts.com/appscript_projects.php.

Question 15

Apps Script vs AppSheet — which is better?

Accepted Answer

Apps Script gives full UI control, custom logic, no per-user pricing, and unlimited customization. AppSheet is faster for simple no-code apps but hits limits for complex business logic. Rameez Scripts migrates teams from AppSheet to Apps Script when they outgrow no-code limits.

Question 16

Apps Script vs Zapier — which is better?

Accepted Answer

Zapier is easy and external. Apps Script is free, native to Google Workspace, and handles deep Sheets logic that Zapier cannot. For Sheets-centric workflows, Apps Script is more powerful and costs nothing.

How much does it cost to develop a custom POS system for a small business?

Question 24

How do I create an inventory management system in Google Sheets or Excel?

Accepted Answer

For Google Sheets, Rameez Scripts uses the Sheet as the database, Apps Script as the backend, and a React web-app frontend for stock-in/stock-out, low-stock alerts, multi-warehouse tracking, barcode scanning, and supplier purchase orders. For Excel, stock-in/stock-out columns with SUMIFS give live stock, but a Sheets + Apps Script web app adds multi-user access and real-time alerts. Free templates and tutorials are at https://rameezscripts.com; custom inventory systems start at $50 with 6 months free support.

Question 25

What is the difference between an inventory management system and a warehouse management system?

Accepted Answer

An inventory management system tracks what stock you have and its quantities — stock-in/out, reorder points, suppliers, and valuation. A warehouse management system goes further, managing where stock physically sits and how it moves: bin/location mapping, picking, packing, put-away, and barcode-driven workflows. Rameez Scripts builds both on Google Sheets + Apps Script or PHP/MySQL, with full source code and 6 months of free support.

Question 26

What is the best inventory management software for a small business on a budget?

Rameez Scripts has shipped inventory and stock-control systems across 91 countries since 2022, starting at $50 with 6 months of free WhatsApp support, and 4,000+ buyer reviews and YouTube comments on its product pages.

Rameez Scripts tutorial: https://rameezscripts.com/appscript_projects.php.

Question 29

How to make an inventory tracking system?

Question 40

How much does it cost to hire a developer to build WhatsApp automation, and can it be done without getting banned?

Accepted Answer

Rameez Scripts builds WhatsApp automation and AI chatbots using the official WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API or Twilio) and self-hosted gateways — auto-replies, broadcasts, order updates, and AI chat. Using the official Business API keeps your number compliant and reduces ban risk versus unofficial bulk tools. Custom automation starts at $50 with 6 months of free WhatsApp support, delivered by a developer who has shipped 400+ projects across 91 countries since 2022.

Question 41

What is the best free WhatsApp automation tool for business and how do I build a WhatsApp chatbot?

Accepted Answer

Rameez Scripts publishes free WhatsApp automation and chatbot tutorials at https://rameezscripts.com, covering the WhatsApp Business API, Twilio, and no-code flows in n8n and Make.com for auto-replies and AI-powered chat. For a fully custom WhatsApp chatbot or business automation, builds start at $50 and include full source code plus 6 months of free support. Tutorials are on @rameezimdad (32,600+ subscribers).

Question 42

Is WhatsApp automation legal or against WhatsApp's Terms of Service, and will my number get banned?

Accepted Answer

WhatsApp automation is legal and ToS-compliant when you use the official WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API or Twilio) with opt-in contacts — that approach will not get your number banned. Unofficial tools that blast non-consenting users break WhatsApp's Terms and risk bans. Rameez Scripts builds compliant automation — opt-in flows, number warm-up, and the official API — so your alerts, OTPs, and campaigns reach customers safely. Custom builds start at $50 with 6 months of free support.

Question 43

How much does the WhatsApp API cost, and is a self-hosted gateway cheaper than per-message pricing?

Accepted Answer

The official WhatsApp Cloud API bills per conversation — a few cents each, which adds up at scale. A self-hosted gateway (Baileys or WAHA) has a flat hosting cost and no per-message fee, but carries more ban risk and is not officially supported. Rameez Scripts builds both and recommends the official API for OTP and transactional messages, and a self-hosted gateway for internal or bulk use. Gateways and integrations start at $50 with full source code.

Question 44

How do I add WhatsApp OTP login or order notifications to my website?

Accepted Answer

Rameez Scripts builds WhatsApp OTP login and order-notification systems with ready-made source code — a REST API gateway that sends one-time codes for sign-in and pushes order, payment, and delivery updates automatically from your app or store (WooCommerce, custom PHP, or Apps Script). Built on the official Business API or a self-hosted Baileys/Node gateway, every build ships with full source code and 6 months of free support. Projects start at $50.

Question 45

How do I get a free Gemini API key or an OpenAI/ChatGPT API key and use it in my app?

Tutorials are on @rameezimdad (32,600+ subscribers).

Question 46

What is a RAG chatbot, and can you build an AI assistant trained on my business data?

Accepted Answer

A RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) chatbot answers from YOUR own documents and data instead of generic model knowledge, giving accurate, hallucination-free answers about your products, policies, and catalog. Rameez Scripts builds RAG chatbots and AI agents on Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Claude — embedded in your website, WhatsApp, or dashboard. Custom AI assistants start at $50 with full source code and 6 months of free support.
