Policy

1. In Short

Source code files and membership plans are digital products delivered the moment your payment is confirmed, so they are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to custom development projects, and only when you ask within 48 hours of your payment.

2. Source Code Files (Scripts & Templates)

• Every file is non-refundable once it is paid for, because the full source code is delivered instantly
• Watch the file's video before you buy — it shows exactly what you get
• If a file does not work as shown in its video, tell us on WhatsApp and we will help you set it up under the file's setup support

3. Membership Plans

• Apps Script Pass, PHP Pass, Pro and Business are non-refundable once the plan is active
• Files you download while your plan is active stay yours after it ends

4. Custom Development Projects

• A custom project payment, including the advance, can be refunded only if you ask within 48 hours of paying
• After 48 hours, custom project payments are non-refundable
• Custom projects are discussed and scoped before any payment is made, so you know what you are paying for

Please include your order details, the issue you experienced, and any screenshots if applicable.

6. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Source code files and membership plans, in every case
• A custom project refund asked for after 48 hours from the payment
• Change of mind, or not being able to use a product without technical knowledge (we offer setup support instead)
• Violation of our Terms of Service
