At Rameez Scripts, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and services. If something is not right, we will make it right.
2. Digital Products (Scripts & Templates)
- If a purchased script does not work as described or shown in the preview video, you are eligible for a full refund
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
- You must provide details of the issue and allow us to attempt to fix it first
- Refunds are not available for change of mind after downloading the product
3. VIP Membership Plans
- VIP plan refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded more than 3 files
- After 7 days or after downloading more than 3 files, the plan is considered used and is non-refundable
4. Custom Development Projects
- Custom projects are discussed and scoped before any payment is made
- If work has not started, a full refund will be provided
- If work is in progress, a partial refund may be offered based on the completion percentage
- Completed projects that meet the agreed scope are non-refundable

6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
7. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Inability to use the product due to lack of technical knowledge (we offer free support instead)
- Requesting a refund after the refund window has passed
- Violation of our Terms of Service
