B18 removes the step everyone finds tedious. In most record apps, correcting a phone number means finding the row, opening an edit form, changing one field, saving and closing. Here you click the cell, type the new value, click away, and it is done — the Google Sheet updates behind it while you are still looking at the table.

Inline editing is the whole point

Every editable cell in the table becomes an input the moment you click it. No modal opens, nothing reloads, and there is no Save button to hunt for. For work that is mostly small corrections — a status, an amount, a spelling — it turns a five-click job into a two-second one.

Who sees what

The login sheet holds a username, a password and a type. An admin sees every row in the database. A user sees only the rows filed under their own name, and anything they add is filed under it automatically. One link, two very different views, decided by a single column.

Adding and removing

The add form takes a name, father's name, phone, address, a status such as pending or unpaid, and a payment amount. Deleting is a row icon with a confirmation step, so a misclick on a small screen does not quietly remove a record.

Getting the data out

Copy puts the visible data on the clipboard, CSV downloads it as a spreadsheet file, and Print produces a clean page. All three respect what the logged-in account can actually see, so a user exports their own rows and not the whole table. Logout returns to the login screen.
