Free Sales Dashboard with Login – Google Sheets Apps Script

The dashboard build — the one most people want before they want anything else. Sales data sitting in a Google Sheet, turned into a set of live charts behind a login, served as a web app you can send to anyone.

Charts that follow the sheet

The charts read the sheet directly, so updating a row updates the dashboard. Nobody rebuilds a chart, nobody exports to a slide deck, and the number on screen is the number in the data. That is the whole reason to build a dashboard on Sheets rather than screenshot one.

Behind a login

A login and register form is included, because a dashboard that anyone with the link can open is not a dashboard you can share with a manager. Users register, sign in, and reach the charts — and you keep the user list in the sheet.

Point it at your own data

The example is a sales dashboard, but nothing about it is sales-specific. Any Google Sheets data source works: attendance, expenses, production, enquiries, donations. Change the ranges and the labels and the same build reports on whatever your sheet holds.

A starting point

Most people take this as the front page for a bigger system — the screen a user lands on after logging in, before the CRUD screens and reports get built behind it. The code is yours to copy and adapt.
