Data entry that stops people inventing new names for the same thing. Start typing an item and the form suggests what already exists in your sheet β then emails you a formatted table of whatever was submitted.
Free-typed entries drift. "Item 1", "item1" and "Item-01" become three products in your data, and every report built on that column is quietly wrong. Suggesting existing values as the user types pushes them towards the entry that is already there. Type one letter and every match appears; type another and the list narrows. The suggestions come from the sheet itself, so they improve as the data grows.
Add Item opens another row, and the autocomplete works on every one β not just the first, which is where simpler implementations stop. Fill four lines, submit once, and all four are appended together. Required fields are enforced before anything is saved, with remarks left optional because a note is not always needed.
Every submission sends an alert, and the submitted lines arrive as a proper HTML table with date, item, amount and remarks laid out in columns and styled. A four-line entry is readable at a glance on a phone instead of being a run-on sentence of values. The recipient address, subject and body text are all set in the script.
