Post-dated cheques are a promise with a date on them, and the date is the problem. This tracks every cheque issued and received, prints them on the real thing, and emails you before the ones due are due.

Printing on actual cheque leaves

Banks do not share a layout — the payee line, the amount box and the date boxes sit in different places on every bank's cheque. So banks are managed as records here, each with its own cheque layout, and printing uses the layout belonging to that bank. Set a bank up once and every cheque drawn on it prints in the right position afterwards.

Not missing a date

Daily and weekly email reminders go out automatically for cheques coming due. A bounced post-dated cheque is rarely a money problem and usually a calendar problem; a reminder arriving before the date is the whole fix.
