Free CRUD Web App with Signup & OTP Reset – Google Sheets

A CRUD dashboard with a complete account lifecycle attached: people register themselves, sign in, and recover their own password by email, without the owner being the bottleneck for any of it.

Registration and recovery

New users register with an email, a username and a password. Duplicates are refused with a clear message, and a new account is created as a user rather than an admin, so self-service signup never hands anyone the keys. When a password is forgotten, the user enters their username and a one-time code is emailed to them, held temporarily in the sheet, checked on entry and cleared once used, after which they set a new password themselves.

Two roles over the same data

An admin sees and manages every record in the system. A user sees and manages only their own, so a freshly registered account opens on an empty table and fills with what that person enters.

The records

Each entry carries branch name, name, father's name, class, category, date, staff name, designation, staff branch and staff code — a shape that fits schools, academies and multi-branch institutes. Branch, class, category and staff branch are all dropdowns whose values come from an Options sheet, so extending a list is adding a row rather than editing the code.

Finding things again

Filter by class, by category, or by a date range, apply them together, and clear them in one click. Editing and deleting are inline, with a confirmation before anything is removed.
