R36 is the dynamic CRUD app with locks on the dangerous half. Anyone with the link can look at the data and add to it, but editing a record, deleting one, printing the table or downloading it to Excel each stop and ask for a password first. That split matters when the link goes to a team but the destructive actions should not.
Edit, delete, print and Excel export are each password-protected. Enter it correctly and the app confirms that editing is unlocked before letting the change through. The reasoning behind protecting print and download is the one people forget: a table on screen is a view, but a printout or a spreadsheet file is a copy of your data walking out of the building.
It lives in a cell in the sheet and is matched by a condition in the code, so changing it is an edit in the spreadsheet rather than a code change. The walkthrough also shows setting it directly in the code if you would rather it did not sit in the sheet at all.
A translate control sits above the table — added on a viewer's request — and converts the whole table into Chinese, Swedish, Russian, Thai or whatever the reader needs, without a reload. It stays hidden until you open it, so it does not clutter the page for people who never use it.
Fields are not written in HTML. Add a row to the form sheet with a name and a type and the field appears on the add form; add the matching column to the database sheet and it appears in the table. Everything writes back to the sheet in real time, and the walkthrough loads a deliberately large dataset to show it still comes up in seconds.
