A crypto portfolio dashboard on Google Sheets that prices itself. Enter what you bought and at what price; the app fetches the live market price, works out where you stand, and colours the row green or red so the answer is visible before you read a single number.
Current prices come from the Google Finance formula rather than an exchange API, which means no key to obtain, no rate limit to manage and no subscription to renew. Total invested is buy price times quantity, current value is live price times quantity, and profit or loss is the gap — per coin and across the whole portfolio.
Add, edit and delete are granted separately per user. One account can add holdings and edit them but never delete; another can only add; another can look and do nothing at all. On a portfolio where a deleted row is a deleted record, that distinction matters more than a single admin flag, and the buttons a user has no right to simply are not there.
Every user keeps their own notes — a thesis, a target, a reason for the buy — dated and attachable to a holding, so a position bought eight months ago still explains itself. The portfolio filters by date range, by note, and by coin, with the coin list built from what you actually hold rather than a list of every token in existence. An admin can view one user or all of them.
A calculator is built into the dashboard, and each user changes their own email and password from Settings.
