Free Multi-Sheet Viewer – Display Google Sheets on Website

DV2 is the multi-sheet version of the auto table. Instead of one sheet on one page, every tab in your workbook shows up in a dropdown — read from the spreadsheet itself, not listed anywhere in the code. Pick one, press Load Data, and that sheet's table builds from its own columns.

Different sheets, different shapes

The tabs do not have to match each other. One can be three columns, the next can be ten, and each renders correctly because the table is built from whichever sheet you loaded. Add a tab, add rows, load it again — the app follows without anybody opening the script.

The case it was built around

Marksheets. A tab per class — Class 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 — each with the students, an ID and their marks columns. A teacher picks the class from the dropdown, loads it, and prints or saves that class's marksheet as a PDF. No separate file per class, no code per class, and adding next year's intake is adding a tab.

Getting a copy out

Copy, CSV, PDF and Print are all there, along with a search box over whatever is loaded. An empty tab reports no data available rather than looking broken, which is worth knowing the first time you load a sheet you have not filled yet.

Setting it up

Copy the workbook, run the script once to authorise it, deploy as a web app and hand out the link. Because the sheet list is read live, the person you gave the link to sees new tabs appear as you create them.

How it differs from the single sheet version

That one shows one sheet with a search box. This adds the sheet picker, handles tabs with different columns and includes PDF export.
