If i could make suggestions, This is beautiful if you could add a section for attachments ill rush to get this because some tasks come with attachments, then the document is reviewed and then you get a feedback as to if there are changes or if its okay, so you can add something like that too, submitted awaiting review then admin checks document if all good then admin concludes the task as completed. else we send back the document or tell the employee to make changes and re-submit
