Free Glassmorphism Bootstrap CRUD – Google Apps Script

4081 is a straightforward records app — add, edit, delete against a Google Sheet — dressed in a glass effect that makes it look like something built this decade. If you have ever handed a client a working tool that looked like a 2009 admin panel, this is the version you send instead.

What it does

The form takes a name, gender, date of birth, email, phone and a country chosen from a dropdown. Submit and the record appears in the table below. Any row can be edited — change a value, press Update, and the sheet is rewritten — or deleted outright. Nothing exotic, which is the point: the behaviour is predictable and the presentation is the part that is different.

The styling

The glass effect runs across the form and the table, built on Bootstrap with the custom CSS kept in its own file. Because it is separate, restyling to your own palette does not mean picking through the markup, and the form itself lives in its own include file too.

One setup step that is genuinely different

This file does not use the sheet-bound script. Opening Extensions and pasting the code there will not work — the walkthrough deletes that script on camera to make the point, because it is the single most common reason people report it broken. Instead you create the Apps Script project from the Drive folder, paste your spreadsheet ID into it, run it and deploy. Everything else follows the usual pattern.

Where it fits

Use it where the look matters as much as the function: a client-facing register, a sign-up list, a contact database somebody other than you will open.
