FREE025 is a standalone invoice generator — no login, no dashboard, just the invoice. Enter the customer, pick the items, print it or save it. What makes it worth having over a spreadsheet template is that it remembers: numbers never repeat, items come from your own list, and a saved invoice can be found again by its number.

Numbers that carry on

The invoice number continues from the last one used. If your last invoice was 1200, the next is 1201. You are never handed a number that already exists, which is the failure mode that makes reconciling a year's invoices painful.

Items from your own list

The item dropdown is built from the items you keep in the sheet, so regular products are two clicks rather than retyped. Anything one-off can still be typed in as a custom line. Quantity times price calculates itself, tax goes on top, and you add as many lines as the job needs.

Finding an invoice again

Type an invoice number and the saved invoice reopens — you can then add to it or correct it rather than starting over. A number that does not exist returns an invoice number not found message. Show Data lists everything you have issued, so the whole history is one click away.

Printing and placing it

Print produces the customer's copy. The deployed app embeds into Blogger, WordPress or your own site, and the CSS is yours if the layout should carry your branding.

Which invoice file to pick

This one has no login — anyone with the link can raise an invoice. The other invoice file in this catalogue puts a registration and login in front of the same job, at the cost of a longer two-deployment setup.
