A transactions and receivables tracker for businesses that deal with the same shops and the same customers again and again. Every credit and debit is one row, and the app answers the only question that really matters: what is this shop's balance, and what is this client's?

Search from either side

Look a shop up and you get every transaction against it. Look a client up and you get their dealings across all the shops they trade with. Both boxes auto-suggest from what is already in your records, so names stay consistent instead of drifting into three spellings. Each search returns the total amount, total credit, total debit and the current balance.

Entries and receipts

Adding a transaction takes an application number, the client, the amount, whether it is a credit or a debit, and a remark such as payment received. Saving it generates a receipt on the spot — serial number, application number, shop, client, amount and type — ready to print and hand over. A shop or client that does not exist yet is created simply by typing the name into the entry.

Statements you can hand to a customer

The print view carries your company logo, name and email, an authorised signature line and the full transaction table, laid out for A4. It is the statement you print when someone disputes a balance, and it settles it.
