The layout is built around a marks or attendance sheet. Each student gets a row, and the marks and signature columns are left deliberately empty so the printed list can be filled in and signed by hand in an exam hall or a staff room. Students on the same course ID can be on different programmes and different semesters; the search collects them regardless.

If the marks already exist in your data, they do not have to stay blank. The walkthrough maps three more columns — maximum marks, obtained marks and the signature field — by pointing them at their positions in the sheet, and the same search then returns a completed list instead of a blank form.

The deployed app embeds into a website or a Google Site through an iframe. One caution the walkthrough makes a point of: the embed snippet has a line that must stay in place or the embed stops working, and the height is yours to adjust to fit the page.
