R29 is a viewer, not an editor. You point it at a Google Sheet and it builds the whole table from what is there — the columns, the rows, and a working filter for every single column, with no list of fields to declare and nothing to change in the code when the sheet grows.
For each column the script collects the values, strips the repeats and turns what is left into a dropdown. A column of statuses becomes a status filter; a column of package sizes becomes a package filter. Add a new value in the sheet — a new ID, a new application name — refresh the page, and it is in the table and in that column's dropdown already. A hundred distinct values produce a hundred-option filter without anybody typing them out.
The filters work together, so status plus package plus ID cuts the list in one pass, and a combination with nothing behind it says so plainly instead of showing an empty grid. A reset button drops every filter back to All at once, which saves clearing six dropdowns by hand.
There is one naming rule worth knowing. Head a column Picture and its cells are rendered as images rather than printed as web addresses, and that column is skipped when the filters are built — a filter on image links would be noise. Any other header behaves normally.
Pagination with the entry count, a search box and Copy, Excel and Print buttons are all there. On a narrow screen the table does not push you sideways: the row stacks downward instead, so a phone shows the full record rather than a horizontal scrollbar.
Copy the sheet, open Apps Script, deploy as a web app and grant the permission it asks for. The URL you get back is the report.
