A login page people actually enjoy using, with a log behind it that takes security seriously. The character on the form watches the username field as you type — and covers its eyes the moment you click into the password box.

Why the animation earns its place

It is charming, but it also communicates something real: the page is visibly not looking at your password. On a login form handed to students, members or staff who are nervous about typing credentials into an unfamiliar page, a small piece of reassurance does more work than a paragraph of text would.

Every attempt is recorded

This is the part that matters. The log captures each attempt with its date and time — successful, failed, or blocked — including the username that was tried. A wrong password is recorded against the name someone typed, so repeated attempts against one account are visible instead of silent, and you can see that a blocked user is still trying to get in.

Approved, or not

Each account carries a status. Set it to disapproved and the person is told they are blocked by the admin and asked to contact support — a clear message rather than a confusing "wrong password" for someone whose password is right. Approve them and the next attempt goes through.

Where they land

Each account carries its own destination URL, opened without appearing in the address bar, so users cannot note the address and bypass the login next time. Use it as the front door to a dashboard or a members page.
