A public result-checking portal for schools. Students and parents open a link, type a roll number, and get a complete report card on screen — ready to print or download as PDF. No logins to hand out, no results emailed one by one, and nothing to host.

How it works for the school

Marks live in a Google Sheet, which is where school staff already work comfortably. Enter the marks, and the portal handles the rest: it calculates grades automatically from the marks entered, assembles the report card and serves it to whoever has the roll number. Three exam terms are supported, so a student's full year sits in one place rather than three separate documents.

How it works for parents

One search box. Type the roll number, see the result. The layout is mobile responsive because most parents will open it on a phone, and SweetAlert notifications make it obvious when a roll number does not exist instead of leaving a blank screen. From there the report card can be printed on A4 or saved as a PDF.

Make it your school's

Branding is configurable — drop in your own logo and application name and the portal carries them across the interface and onto the printed report card. Demo settings ship with the file so you can see it working end to end before you replace anything with real data.
