A certificate portal students serve themselves from. They pick their class, enter their roll number, and their certificate appears on screen ready to print or save — no office visit, no reprint requests, no batch of certificates sitting in a drawer waiting for someone to collect them.

What is on the certificate

Your institution's name, the student's name and their father's or guardian's name, village, registration number and batch number, the course title, and the dates that matter: course start, course end and certificate issue. Every one of those comes from a column in your sheet, so a new batch is new rows rather than a new design.

Classes are sheets

Grade 10, Grade 9, an AI class, an online class — each is its own sheet, and the class dropdown is built from them, so adding a course means adding a sheet. The certificate title travels with the class, so a web development class issues a web development certificate and an artificial intelligence class issues its own.

Printing it properly

Print supports A3, A4 and A5, with background graphics and headers and footers each toggled at print time, so the same certificate goes onto pre-printed stationery or plain paper as you need. Save as PDF is there for emailing it instead.

Making it look like yours

Logo, background image, QR code and an authorised signature are all added by link, so a signature scanned once with its background removed can sit on every certificate the institution ever issues.
